Gourmet dessert, the perfect weekend sweats, and a Boston book event
Links we sent our friends #92
Hello, happy Monday! What did you get up to this weekend? I (Aja) went on a girl’s trip with some friends. We ate pasta, played games, went to the spa, and traded lots and lots of recs…

We played this game one night and were screaming with laughter.
I spent much of the weekend in my favorite joggers. (Two other women brought the same ones!)
My friend Julie always smells amazing. She told me this is her favorite everyday scent; it’s light enough she can even spritz some on before she goes to the gym in the morning. (Aliza: Ooh! I’ve been meaning to tell you I got the Santal deodorant after many readers recommended it — it’s so nice.)
Even though I’ve been talking to Aliza throughout her journey to have a second kid, I was still glued to her recent guest episode on What The Fertility. Whether you’ve struggled with fertility or know someone who has, it’s very much worth the listen. ♥️
My new go-to dessert when I’m hosting: vanilla ice cream with olive oil and dates. Couldn’t be easier; tastes and looks gourmet.
I’d love to eat dinner every night off of these plates.

Shop our new Flagship storefront! I’m excited to feature some of my long-time favorite independent brands (like the Nashville-based clothing brand Able).
Sneak peek at some of the fun things on Flagship. How do you know when it’s time to get divorced? from
— a lot of honest and inspiring responses. (For more of this: We’ve partnered with to talk about prenups this week!)By the time I applied the Madewell Insiders Event discount to these spring-y pajamas, they were practically free. (Aja: Omg, you weren’t kidding.)
Someone I’d definitely like to hang with is launching a new podcast…
Join me on April 1st at Dear Annie (one of my favorite Cambridge spots) for a conversation with abortion doula Hannah Matthews and author of Renegade Grief: A Guide to the Wild Ride of Life After Loss Carla Fernandez.

We’re curious to know: If you’re married, do you have a prenup? If you’re not married, would you get one?
Tell us your thoughts in the comments — and look out for Thursday’s issue delving into Aja’s experience.

So intrigued by the distribution on pre marriage agreements! I can’t wait for yall to dig into this more! An element I find even more fascinating: how couples organize financial accounts post marriage. Do you have 1 joint account that you spend from? How do you spend?
In France, they have the "contract de mariage" that you have signed by your notary before submitting your marriage paperwork to the city hall. It's basically a pre-nup and I actually think it's really cool that it's a very common and natural part of getting married over here!
