Doing something with my hands! Painting/drawing/cooking/baking. Anything that can get me off my phone and away from screens. Put on some music you like singing to and get into a state of flow! Or go to the movies alone
going to bed early and a long walk while listening to the onbeing podcast. my two tried and true mood boosters. i love my red light mask as well!

my solution for a bad day/week: 7:30 pm to bed with a good book! and chocolate, of course!
