I felt like a boomer reading the millennial happiness survey. How is $130,000 not sufficient? But honestly, it isn't. I live in a small city and am meticulous with spending and even buying a small 2 BR midcentury home isn't achievable on close to that income. I've tried. :( Something has to give and it probably isn't a latte... between trying to max out a 401k to catchup, save for predictable expenses like car repairs and collaborate with another person and their wants and needs on financial decisions... there ain't much left to save for the hefty downpayment that'll get ya a 15 year mortgage and save a bazillion dollars on interest.
Ohhh thumb massagers are the PERFECT stocking stuffer 👀
Great call! seems like we've all been missing out on something here...

Hah, allll of this. My family will be renting for the forseeable future -- and hoping maybe we'll catch a break sometime!
