I go to Origin for pre and post natal therapy— the therapists working there are truly fantastic! It was also one of the only places in LA I could find that would take my insurance without fuss.

What an incredible service. I wish I had known about it during my postpartum period, but I'm glad to know about it now. As a medical social worker I think it would be incredible wraparound care if they could offer counseling or support alongside physical care for some of these issues at some point in the future. Anyway, great interview and thanks for sharing!

I can relate. I too: work in healthcare technology, have had two children and hold my bladder when I sneeze, wish there was more rehab + support after you have a baby, and LOVE Ursa Major Products. Add the Mountain Glow Golden Serum into that routine, another game changer!

I’m so grateful my chiropractor during pregnancy introduced me to pelvic floor therapy after I delivered my 4th baby, it was life changing! Everyone should have access to this, thanks for shedding light.

Love Trick Mirror too BTW, funny enough this is the second Substack I’ve seen mentioning it this week.

In many places in Europe and Asia it’s part of standard post partum care - not sure why it’s not the case in US!
