Happy Thursday! If you enjoy reading Platonic Love, there are a few ways to let us know: “like” this post, leave a comment, buy us a coffee, or upgrade to a Paid subscription. Thanks for your support!

Hey! Aliza just left my house. We’d planned to watch the first episode of Bad Sisters season two together, but ended up spending the entire time talking1 — about Platonic Love, life, the tropical writer retreat we’re planning for January… It was a good catch-up.

Speaking of catching up… Boston readers, we’d love to see you next Friday, 11/22. There are still a few tickets left for the Lovestruck Books event featuring Zan Romanoff, author of 831 Stories’ Big Fan. Let us know if you’re going!

Today, we’re sharing some more life updates, including a new way I’m keeping in touch with friends, where and how I got my wedding dress (and Aliza’s response when I sent her a picture!), and Aliza’s London girl’s trip recap.

My friends Corey and Jocelyn originally gave me the idea — they use a Google Photos album to share pictures of their baby with his grandparents. A few other ways I think you could use this concept with friends and family (especially long-distance ones):

  • Pictures of your dinner every night or breakfast every morning

  • Every cute dog you see

  • Things that remind you of each other

The (final?!) wedding dress update…
